Overhead Door Corporation's
288 Series insulated doors offer energy efficiency, durability and low
maintenance at an economical price. The attractive wood grain embossed, raised panel design will
classically accent your home. The exterior face of the door is constructed from hot-dipped, galvanized
steel, coated with a baked-on base coat and a white, almond, brown or sandstone polyester top coat.
The door's interior is comprised of a rigid core of environmentally friendly, CFC and HCFC-free
polystyrene insulation, laminated to a back cover and finished with a white polyethylene laminate.
This insulating core adds thermal efficiency and improves the smooth and quiet operation of the
system. |

Closed-box center stiles add rigidity and are bonded
to the insulation with a structural adhesive, eliminating the need for unsightly rust-promoting
rivets. A premium, bulb-type weather seal protects against wind and rain infiltration. Heavy-duty
hardware--including fully galvanized hinges and track, high performance rollers and a high quality
counterbalance system--is standard on the 288 Series door.
Optional window panels can be added to any 288 Series door. Decorative window trim is available in
many designs to customize the appearance of your door. |
